Il corso è volto a sviluppare la conoscenza del candidato di quella parte del diritto del commercio internazionale che ha a che fare con i documenti. Contratti di compravendita e credito documentario fanno affidamento esclusivo sullo scambio di documenti ed il diritto ad essi applicabile è complesso e fonte di continue controversie.
